Fast Lane Swimming Clinics (Complete Information): The Clinics are for competitive age group or high school swimmers. Each clinic will be conducted at the Seven Hills Recreation Center and will focus on all of the competitive stroke. In addition, the clinics will focus on flip and open turns. You have the option to do one or two sessions. If you choose to attend both sessions, you will get a small snack and drink at the break.

Private Swimming Lessons (Schedule Lessons): Private lessons are for children (Ages 3 and up) and adults for learn-to-swim or to improve stroke technique purposes. All of the lessons will be conducted at the Seven Hills Recreation Center. The fees for the lessons are $30 per half hour. Schedule lessons today!

Lifeguard Training (Complete Information): The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over. This program offers a choice of Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED courses to meet the various training needs of a diverse audience.

Lifeguard Instructor Training (Complete Information): The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Basic Lifeguarding Instructor Course is to train instructors to teach the basic-level American Red Cross Lifeguarding courses.

Water Safety Instructor Training (Complete Information): The purpose of this instructor course is to train instructor candidates to teach courses and presentations in the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program including Parent and Child Aquatics, Preschool Aquatics, Learn-to-Swim, Adult Swim, Private Lessons, Water Safety Courses (including Safety Training for Swim Coaches*) and Water Safety Presentations.

AHA Basic Life Support for the Health Care Provider (Complete Information): AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. Updated to reflect new 2015 science, BLS teaches the concepts of high-quality CPR, improvement of chest compression fraction, and high-performing team dynamics.

American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR/First Aid (Complete Information): The latest science says quick action, quality training, use of mobile technology, and coordinated efforts can increase survival from cardiac arrest, a leading cause of death in the United States. The 2015 Guidelines recommend training to develop better systems of care, especially in the event of a cardiac arrest. Everyone should know what to do at every step of a cardiovascular emergency. Effective bystander CPR, provided immediately after cardiac arrest, can double or triple a victim’s chance of survival.

Group AHA CPR and/or First Aid Training (Schedule Training): You can schedule CPR for your group or organization of 3 or more. The fees will depend on the size of the group. Schedule training today!
