Dr. Michelle Nicopolis PhD, PC, NCC Mental Skills Presenter mln72@hotmail.com
She is a Counseling faculty member in General Studies at Cuyahoga Community College's Western Campus. Michelle earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Education/Counseling from Cleveland State emphasis in Sport Psychology from Ball State University; and a Psychology from Hiram College. She also earned a Certificate in Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellnes and Sports from Thomas A. Edison State College. Michelle is a licensed Professional Counselor (PC) in Ohio and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as a member of the American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, and APA’s Sport Psychology Division. 47: Exercise & Sport Psychology.
Michelle has presented at numerous national, state, and local levels on a variety of topics including: Sport Psychology, Relaxation Techniques/Stress Management, Eating Disorders, Study Skills, College Transition and Orientation Programs, College Success Strategies, Career Exploration, Team Building, Goal Setting, Mental Health, Diversity, Organizational Communication/Development, Healthy Relationships, and Conflict Management.
